By accessing, browsing, or making any voluntary contribution (Daan / Seva) on this official website (www.iskconwavecityghaziabad.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and No Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this portal.
1. Institutional Identity & Ownership
This website is the official digital portal of ISKCON Wave City Ghaziabad (Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Temple), a duly registered non-profit, religious, and charitable trust under the Indian Trusts Act. The temple operates under the spiritual guidance and principles laid down by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), founded by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

2. Nature of Offerings & Voluntary Donations
All payments remitted through this portal are strictly voluntary religious offerings and charitable contributions (Daan). Offerings are utilized exclusively for the advancement of religious, charitable, and educational objectives of the temple, including:
- Food for Life (Free Prasadam Anna Daan distribution)
- Gau Seva (Cow protection, shelter & feeding)
- Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Temple Construction
- Daily Deity Worship & Festival Abhishekams
- Distribution of Bhagavad Gita & Vedic Literature
- Spiritual Education, Youth Value & De-addiction Programs
Note: Donations are not commercial transactions. Donors do not receive any commercial goods, marketable securities, or equity rights in return for their spiritual offerings.
3. Section 80G Tax Exemption & PAN Requirement
Eligible donations made by Indian taxable entities/individuals qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
In compliance with the guidelines mandated by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), donors desiring an official 80G certificate must provide their valid Permanent Account Number (PAN), full legal name, and complete postal address at the time of checkout. ISKCON Wave City files electronic donation statements (Form 10BD) annually with the Income Tax Department, enabling donors to download Form 10BE from the tax portal.
4. Currency & Foreign Contribution (FCRA) Regulations
All online transactions initiated through the integrated payment gateway on this website are settled in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are intended for Indian residents holding Indian bank accounts or domestic payment instruments.
In strict compliance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), foreign passport holders and foreign currency donations cannot be accepted through domestic payment gateways. Non-Indian passport holders are requested to contact our finance desk directly at info@iskconghaziabad.com for guidance on designated central banking channels.
5. Payment Gateway & Third-Party Processors
Online contributions are routed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators and banking gateways, including the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway.
All communication between your browser and the payment gateway is secured using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and SHA-256 secure hash verification. ISKCON Wave City does not capture, store, or have access to your sensitive payment credentials (such as Credit/Debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI MPINs).
6. Intellectual Property & Sacred Content
All intellectual property on this website—including temple logos, deity photographs, renderings of Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Mandir, audio lectures, articles, and graphical elements—are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Quotations, verses, and purports from the Bhagavad Gita As It Is and Srimad Bhagavatam are copyrighted by the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (BBT) and used with reverence. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ISKCON Wave City.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
While ISKCON Wave City strives to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the website and payment services, we cannot guarantee against technical delays, bank server outages, or telecommunication disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website or donations made herein, the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
8. Modifications & Inquiries
ISKCON Wave City reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
